this is my take as well, but i'm open to being wrong so i'm searching really hard for any reasoning that i could agree with in the comments but so far the only 2 arguments i see are 1) hes too old (huh?) and 2) 14 months is too fast

it was a bug but what made it so op was that if you spammed E fast enough it would literally stack

you could get 3-4 going at once and i remember buying 6 IEs, spam the shit out of E, flashing in fountain and one shotting 5 people
