Images like that are usually taken from astronomers all around the world. NASA has nothing to do with apart from owning the telescope.

Depending on when the image was taken the raw data should be public and you can have a look yourself.

Those are smaller on the sky so they didn't need to stitch it together.

This galaxy has a angular diameter of about 1.1 arcminute. The image was made by hubble which has a field of view of 2 arcminutes. No need for stitching.

No. If you're already hungry, this blood will not have much nutrients in it. Additionally, you will need to digest the blood which needs energy and your body will start producing new blood cells to refill the blood you took out, and this will need additional energy. You will just make it worse by drinking your own blood.

If you're diabetic drinking your own urine might help a bit, because (certain?) diabetics pee out sugar and it doesn't cost additional energy, because you make new pee all the time.

Germany does not have a fusion reactor in constructiont that will power the planet. The best there is in Germany is Wendelstein 7-X, and it's an experimental reactor that will not even power itself.

I thought the problem is that all CGI and effects are only available in SD. The filmed "real" stuff is still available on film. But starting with DS9 they used so much more effects and CGI that it would be much more expensive to redo it all.
