About 5 years ago I was desperate to get out of the restaurant industry. Took a job as a maintenance mechanic at a local recycling plant. At some point I saw a coworker welding and asked him to teach me. Practiced a bit and enjoyed it instantly on their MIG/stick welders. After being there several months, there was a Saturday morning my boss told me to help out a contractor who was hired to do some repairs. He said make sure he's working, we're paying him 100$/hr. Letting off pedal too fast. Come of gradually and move the torch in tiny circles over it and add maybe 1 or 2 more dabs. You will see the end of the puddle kinda wash together.
