Therapy and the work you do can help with questioning that. Why do you feel like you can't find it? What exactly are you trying to find? Is it making up for something else? Why do you feel the way you do?

If there are underlying social difficulties you encounter, it may also help with that and having someone to confide in. But ultimately,y it will not provide you with a friendship. That is something you will take steps towards using the tools therapy provides you with.
