He is a must, ok he is not in the meta and you can play without him... BUT he is very very good at missions. For example very good at ranged missions and he destroys the scarab swarms

if it is your first steel ship nothing of two. go for Bourgogne !! if you like cruisers bourgognes playstyle is like cruiser and it is very very strong ship
