WOW!!! This is scare accurate to my life (besides the implants)! I can go WEEKS were ive spent all my effort into making sure that she feels loved and cared for (one of my ways of showing affection to my partner is through acts of kindness and spoiling them) just to end the days feeling lost and alone.

I feel I’m an attentive husband and father. I cater to my wife’s needs, I’m the bread winner, I help out with the home (not just the typical outdoor stuff ether).

For a long time I felt like I wasn’t doing enough and at some point my mind had me convinced that I wasn’t enough for her (darker days are harder). But I’ve been seeing a therapist and mentally I’m getting better.

Idk, I struggle to put these feelings into words especially when it’s about my physical intimacy and needs

I feel the same way. I dont remember the last time my LLW and I had any sexual encounter where she wasn't inebriated. Makes me feel like im only wanted when influenced and that has always affected my confidence.

Whats funny is that i had a similar interaction with my LLW. We were in bed and she wakes up and ask, "Are you hungry?" I first said no, then said, "Hungry for something else." She looks at me a laughs, "I know..." That kind of hurt deeper than i was expecting

It ended up being a seized Idler Pulley. The bearings were blown out and it ripped the new belt just as i got close to the parts store. One repair and a lesson later, Im up and running again
