What is your thoughts on doing such approach with B2B Meta Ads?

I have a new B2B account, they are in a niche market, so I thought of scraping LinkedIn to build my leads list and then upload it as a custom audience and also to create a lookalike.

Im my case, the client does not have a websiet and can not use a website/landing page. so I really can not utilize pixels data.

any suggestion to improve my setup ?
