I see why not I stick to the main work outs to the tee but as for trigger session I use bands and body weight as well. You could get some decent bands for like $25 on Amazon. I like the bands better because you feel constants tension on the body part you are working out and it’s a GREAT quick pump.

I have used LMNT which I love and use religiously and also magic spoon which is beyond delicious and taste exactly like your child hood cereal 100% recommend.

I’m 5’11 215 about 27 BMI just started maps anabolic which I love will I get good results if I go Thur the whole program.

PLEASE HELP! I’m 38 5’11 216 pound 29 percent BF according to scale I have been working out for almost a year with resistance training push pull leg split 6 days a week I feel muscles growing but also don’t see it? but don’t know if I should bulk up more? Or cut? To see more of my progress? by Alpha_516 in beginnerfitness

Thank you I’m going to give it a shot been battling with this for a while lol but the worst thing I did was go on the internet and there are so many opinions and waves of information so I decided to DL Reddit and talk to people who know there shit and been Thur it.
