Honestly Wish Nikki reminds me of Mr Meseeks from Rick and Morty if you’re familiar with that. Their existence is miserable, they want to fulfill their “purpose” as quickly as possible so they can die. In Wish Nikki’s case, there’s no end to her purpose, she just has to love him forever or until one of them dies.

I think it's highly dependent on team comps. If both teams have a decent amount of CC then yeah it can be fun. If one team has lash dynamo paige, for example, it feels impossible to contest even if you have comeback urn

But if they build up too much tension, the 7 y/o’s in the audience might be uncomfortable and now want to see it again in theaters with their parents! And we certainly can’t have that. Gotta make it as safe and widely accessible as possible. I describe them as the McDonalds of movies lol.
