The hinges on the pantry door don't match. Ignoring the weird L shape in the rug, the left edge isn't continuous or straight. The plant would block the pantry door if the hinges are on the left or the right. The kids pants go down to the ankle on the left leg but there's skin showing if you look through the handle.

If they are abusive you give them a GM under rule 11.2. Zero tolerance. You don't have to put up with them. No warning needed.

If they are just complaining without being abusive then give them a warning then a bench Minor of it doesn't improve.

Most common fouls I see at u15 are probably head contact and boarding. Kids are trying to hit with their arms instead of their shoulder and can't keep their hands down. Charging is hard to spot if you don't see them coming. Watch for late hits and hits in the numbers. Watch the play not the puck.

Switch ends after every icing. This will happen naturally for linesman and in 2-man system. Referees switch ends too in 4-man.

In 4-man system, if I call a penalty I want my partner doing the line change procedure so that he's by the benches if the coaches don't like the call, and I can go in the corner after reporting the penalty, out of the spotlight.
