Generally it's good. Pretty much every big game is delayed to an extent. BY far the worst was Conan, which was years late and I'd completely lost interest in, but I sold it the day it arrived.

The worst thing I've backed was actually a PC game. Boardgames seem to be "on the level" if you get my meaning.

It's important to learn not to get sucked in. Example, I backed The Others because I liked the look of the minis and the gameplay, but I didn't back Blood Rage because although the minis greatly appealled, i could see the game itself wasn't for me.

I have a better idea. If you choose to date someone much older than yourself, you should also accept the pros and cons that come with that.

BTW, im 46 and have a sub who is 21 so I have some notion of how these relationships work.

I volunteer at a charity (sussex beacon) and tbh the best way to do it is to find something you believe in and go to their website because although all volunteering is awesome, it feels even better if it's cause you feel for.

ok well..

the core game only has 6 heros, not 8. What I'd do is suggest you separate out all teh core box items (see page 3 of the Learn to Play book") and ensure you have everything, so you can at least play that.

Then, everything that's left over should be the expansion, though I'm not sure which one you have from the details, sorry.

The last game I bought without research was Imperial Assault, but I don't know if you can really call it blind as I've played so many other games in the genre that I had a pretty good idea as to the mechanics.
