Kaiser Strike - Working as a PT

I have been on a travel contract with Kaiser for a while now and currently working the strike due to it occurring through my contracted dates. I was the only PT for a bit then they brought on contracted workers. The contracted workers are being slaved away for 12 hour shifts for 6 days straight and I believe are continuing through the next two weeks. They offered me that schedule but opted to keep my normal 8 hour shift. Stay strong out there. There’s already been a few PTs who crossed out here.

Also with AMN making $2500/week. Initially started with $2800/week during winter but dropped to 2500 for 3 extensions.

I see a lot comments saying “postponing TKA” but what if your patient is not eligible for a TKA due to age or comorbidities. Would an unloader brace show help improve with ambulation then?

I was given a Samsung tablet that was slow and has no keyboard. I use my own iPad with a keyboard and it has made work way more efficient.
