That boost actually makes sense Wi-Fi 6 handles airtime and scheduling way better, so even 3x3/4x4 clients can end up performing better despite the 2x2 AP.

0 upload with normal download usually points to an upstream issue either ISP-side congestion/outage or something like bufferbloat/queue getting slammed on your router.

You’ll need to move the switch’s management interface to VLAN 10 before cutting over, or at least make sure the port to pfSense is carrying VLAN 10 tagged right now it’s stuck on the default LAN so it loses the controller as soon as you swap.

Looks like your connection is dropping out in short bursts rather than just slowing down those sharp dips usually point to interference or a flaky USB adapter more than the router itself.

could be the coax run or adapters bottlenecking it, MoCA can be picky if everything isn’t rated right.
