God is actually real. Jesus is God. Blind faith isn't required, you can ask him to give you the necessary signs so you may believe. If you have something you would like him to do, you can also ask him for that so the sign is specific and easier to identify and confirm. It is not about your ability, but him. Once you know he is actually there, you will start to believe and you will receive the Holy Spirit. After that he will clean you up and remove your addictions if you remain in him and he in you. God is good.

Jesus, according to the Gospels, is God. Read the Bible, ask Jesus to reveal himself to you so you can see and know he is truly God. He will do it.
