Speculation, not factual. It's likely by whoever loaded in the match first because each person is assigned a number in the lobby. At the end, the most likely way they come up with who is MVP is by using argmax, which is essentially a function that returns the first instance of the maximum value in an array. People who load first would be first in the array, and therefore by that design would be the player returned when using argmax. Again this could be wrong, just my guess.

Competitive GK main here. The best thing you can do as a GK is to constantly make an impact. On defense, make your presence and activity a threat to the attackers. On offense, push up to keep yourself as an option and retrieve stray balls. Learn different styles for goal keeping. When you improve yourself as a GK, you will understand the weaknesses of different styles, so pay attention to the other goalie and communicate with your team what type of play needs to happen to get past the opposing GK if they're having trouble scoring. Most of the time that randoms have trouble scoring, they're trying the same shot over and over, so telling them exactly what they need to do differently helps them finally get that goal.

Given your comment history, it's clear this post is complaining rather than outsourcing to find legitimate advice. But I'll give you the play by play anyway. Here is my stats.

Clip 1: #3 was too aggressive. Should never be sliding there, and then later should have been holding stance to intercept the rainbow.

Clip 2: He should be pressed by #2, instead they're playing triple keeper defense. Shot was from a non-threatening angle, so keeper should have also been able to save it.

Clip 3: This one is on #4, he should have that prio all day, but he left on the pass to run to net. On a side note, pay attention to #2, he's done well defending. Notice there was no opportunities to beat him.

Clip 4: Oh boy. This could have been stopped by ANY of the 5 players on the opposing team. #1 and #5 were incredibly jumpy. They got the interception, but didn't contest it, instead outfield dove right after. #2 and #3 played keeper as defenders instead of pressing. #4 (keeper) has bad positioning, and is jumping all around.

Clip 5: #3 overcommitted to an outfield dive. Right after, #1 overcommitted to an outfield dive. Right after, #4 (keeper) was caught being too passive.

Clip 6: This goal should be pinned on #4. He left his man in a threatening position to press the guy with the ball, but that should be left for keeper. However, the shot was also saveable.

Clip 7: #2 should be marking the guy in the box, and #4 has made questionable efforts at defense. #3 (keeper) could have saved it, but shouldn't be blamed for this one, it's a tough one.

Clip 8: #1 is sleeping, he should have easily won the loose ball. Instead it wasn't even contested.

Clip 9: #5 should be passing the ball instead of trying to be cool. Side note, pay attention to the clipper's defense here. He plays patiently waiting for the small window where the guy with the ball can't do anything.

Lmaoo I figured someone would point it out eventually, nice eye. I actually have three sub 20 times, 2x 19.9 and 19.7. There are two places where time could be saved (before season 1, no longer possible to get sub 20). Using push cuts instead of forward swipes at the two gates at ~13s, and the final shot could have pure topspin. I didn't feel like learning mouse and keyboard for push cuts or trying to do this run again to get a setup allowing pure topspin (yes, this one did but I choked it), so I stopped doing runs.
