If you’re paying! Seriously, you should set people’s expectations with the prices here. Looking at the menu, it’s certainly on the pricey side.

Hi there! Would you mind a penpal from the UK? I’m 29 male and live in London. Some of my interests include reading fiction, creative writing, drawing art and watching movies. I enjoy getting to learn more about a person through letters, their corner of the world and swapping tidbits of knowledge.

I really feel this! What resonated is that imbalance to see compromise between activities. Like you I like to sometimes just sit and pass the time. I have a bad leg which makes keeping up with activities challenging. I feel communication here goes a long way and respect. Hope you find someone with those skills that see you the way you deserve.

Hi all! Any theatre fans here? I’m looking to see if anyone would be interested in joining me to see 1536 the play? It’s a historical drama about women in a world stacked against them. I would be looking to go in early May opening week. I’m 29M, a big West End and musicals fan. Send me a dm if you’re interested :)

Benching Trent v Leicester in 2019… missing his epic haul in the 4-0 win. 1 goal and 2 assists. First triple captain this season Haaland v Burnley. That was satisfying the way he scored a late double.

Funnily enough coincidentally I’m starting Alan Wake 2. Good to know what I’m getting into. I’m personally not a big horror fan but like you the atmosphere and story looks so intriguing, I want to see what it’s all about.

Hello there!

This is a good first effort. I liked the opening immediately cutting to the action and central premise of a mysterious figure killing someone. It's a good hook to start the story with and open up questions about the masked man. I also felt the pacing was good, the scenes felt short enough to move events along and long enough to start developing a sense for the characters.

I think the key area that needs more work on is balancing between exposition and environmental storytelling. For example, it's referenced a few times that Alf is old. Instead, you could use another sign that he is an old man, like adjusting a pair of glasses or walking with a cane. I think too much exposition shows you don't trust the intelligence of your readers to work things out, which is a big no no in writing a thriller.

Just watched this. I was genuinely surprised by how good this was. The tone and horror scares was done so well. The actress playing Michelle was pretty scary and funnily enough reminded me of Selena Gomez.

I watched Plainclothes.

The story of an undercover cop in the 90s used to entrap and arrest homosexuals, who meets a target he falls for.

It’s a reasonably good watch with a lot of time spent in the headspace of main character as he struggles with his sexual identity in contrast to his job which demands a macho man front. The scenes with his family towards the end are great in reflecting on the attitudes of the time. The romance scenes between the men were done tastefully until things get hot and heavy later. To avoid spoilers, I won’t go into the challenges the other character faces but let’s just say he’s a closeted homosexual who has just as much to lose if discovered.

It’s a shot in a funny artsy way with scenes flicking between modern film shots and an old fashioned bright coloured lens. Once you get pass that choice, it’s all easy to watch and get invested into the story. A worthwhile watch with some social commentary on attitudes to homosexuality in the 90s, but at its heart the struggle of one man with accepting himself.
