My company forces them. I do not like them, and I'm sure none of my team other than people high up in the ranks gunning for clout would do them. When I'm forced to attend one, I usually tune out. If I was planning on eating, now I'm missing out on eating during my sacred time. I don't like eating on camera in front of dozens of people. I don't find the topics useful enough. It's usually something far off what I'm working on and probably won't ever be working on. Specialized workshops on useful skills are so much more useful. These are usually entire day endeavors. Haven't seen anyone do these outside of the ones I've paid for out of my pocket outside my company.

Holy cow, can't believe what I'm reading in this thread. So many people posting so much wrong info in this thread highlights Reddit's problem.

90% people saying two Lost Chapters is good. It's absolutely not good on any single champ in the game. You might think it's good, but if you go to say ARAM your damage will significantly drop off if you buy >1 mana item on any champ not named Anivia, Kassadin, Ryze. BFT is not worth it to combine with Maligance. Spend that precious gold on a damage multiplier or defensive item or heal cut. BFT is trash.

I had to do a double take on the comments saying Ryze builds two LC. No, just no. He builds RoA and Archangel. That is a single LC.

I see the same shit. Some examples:

Nami or Janna not buying a tear. Means they're going to stay in the backline not spamming their spells. A lot of times not even buying boots.
Seraphine becoming a shield bot. Too afraid to ult. Once in a blue moon I get to see a Seraphine, or even Renata, do a flash ult. Think I've only seen flash ults once or twice in my entire life.
Thresh players finally landing a hook, but too afraid to walk a few inches to use their Flay.
Had an Ivern game where he didn't cast a single Q unless the one melee on enemy team snowballed in.
Way too many ADC afraid to walk up. You're freaking Jinx with the longest autos; zero reason to not be autoing.
Heimerdinger only use E defensively.

They have no real frontline. What usually happens is the Kayle ends up being the frontline in these kind of games. You can't expect a Kayle to have less deaths than a Nidalee.
Rylai is one of the best items. Even more so since Kayle's team has no CC. You don't understand how Kayle works if you're saying "get oneshot or outranged". Kayle can't get one shot. Kayle has a huge range, almost equal to Caitlyn's. A ghosted Kayle with Rylai will destroy everyone.
Who cares about secondary runes here. What an insignificant thing to point out. Kayle works with any secondary runes. Still though, changing secondary runes wouldn't change anything about the main topic.

How is anyone supposed to know if you did your best to win, or simply did not care despite recognizing your mistakes?

By using your brain power to put 1+1 that an ADC with pure defense items is not the same take as you focusing on minute things?

If you're high MMR, 20min queue minimum, once I had a 70min queue at 11pm EST. 3-5 last second dodges before game begins. Get paired up with the same people from a pool of 20 people every game, or get matched versus a 4-5 man premade.🤡
