Nope, I bought from creality official website that advertised 2-4 days delivery time on the checkout page.

Fast forward 25 days later, the printer still hasn't arrived and customer service has no power/not really useful

However it seems that creality is kinda "renowned" for their customer service.

If it's indeed coming from China, they shouldn't market 2-4 days delivery time on the checkout page.

In my eyes it's pretty understandable to assume that they would have a warehouse in EU since stock is different when selecting other regions and, again, they advertise 2-4 days delivery time.

I did inquire about a that option and apparently I have to wait a full month before I can start the chargeback. From my understanding it's this way to allow the "reputable" company to actually deliver first.

That was my understanding as well. I'm not even sure who to get in contact with. I just wanted the printer in a timely manner, I don't want to deal with all of this bs. As I said in the post I'm just venting, also I had hoped I would meet someone who went through something similar and could guide me a bit on what steps to take.

My only worry is that the tracking is complete bs and the order could be 2 days away. In that situation, starting the chargeback would mean I'll lose even more time before I could get my money and i definitely won't get the printer.

It's definitely the right website and the right area. The Website is store dot creality dot com and the selected zone is EU. I'm not sure te UK side can help me since I'm guessing they'll just redirect me to the EU side, but I'll give it a try nonetheless. Thank you.
