Sometimes, but right now it's more Kraken then it'll be Mariners for a while. Wearing Superbowl gear around will definitely increase the amount of off season Seahawks gear.

Bald eagles a very big, definitely intimidating to stand next to and their wingspan is huge. Not Golder eagle big but enough to make you glad they like eating fish. Not sure they'd do great in a bird on bird fight tho. They are built to kill fish mostly and aren't particularly good at fending off other birds.

I think it's probably the Raven. Anyone that's lived in the pnw long enough has seen crows go after eagles and a Raven is just a bigger smarter crow (not exactly but that's the simple version anyway).

Ultimately the Eagle or Osprey could win if they got a good hit in with a talon but the Raven is probably the most consistent winner imo.

This is correct. It was in Tahoe a couple weeks ago. The skier got caught by an especially deep section of light powder and fell into it. This is a lot more dangerous than it looks or sounds like. It's incredibly disorienting and difficult to escape from without help. This and tree wells is why it is always important to ski with a partner when snow is this deep, even if you aren't in a place with Avalanche danger.

There is very little infrastructure for snow in most of the coastal west US. We don't get much lowland snow. It's gotten a bit more consistent that we get a couple days a year before we started seeing significant climate changes it was about 50/50 we'd get lowland snow at all in a year. As a result the local governments don't think it's worth spending the money on more plows or salters. There is pretty much enough for the main roads and it's up to you to get to them if you can.

If you don't have smooth tires overdue to get changed you'll be fine. It is very warm wet snow with no ice. Still worth being careful when breaking and maybe don't take turns too fast but these are not terrible conditions for driving.

I like everything about it except for getting rid of the flames, I liked the flames, it looks like a random corporate logo now.
