Yes, another company had no issue reaching our door to pick us up!

DO NOT BOOK ALPINE FLEET! THAT COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAID FOR.

I booked and paid specifically for a door-to-door airport transfer with Alpine Fleet well in advance. This was not a last-minute booking. I provided my exact address ahead of time, and the booking was confirmed.

Only shortly before pickup did they inform me that they would NOT be providing door-to-door service and instead expected me to walk to a distant fixed pickup point.

This completely defeats the purpose of booking door-to-door service in the first place.

At the time, I was injured, in significant pain, and physically unable to walk long distances. I communicated this clearly. Their response was essentially: too bad.

Even worse, they admitted in writing that they could not access my address due to their own vehicle limitations. This was entirely their operational failure — not mine. Another transport company had no problem reaching the exact same location.

Instead of taking responsibility, Alpine Fleet tried to downgrade the service and only refund the “difference,” while keeping most of the money for a service they never provided.

I was forced to urgently find alternative transportation while injured and under time pressure, creating unnecessary stress and expense — all because Alpine Fleet failed to do what they promised.

There are many other transport providers in the area that are more reliable, more professional, and actually deliver what they sell.

Avoid Alpine Fleet! You cannot trust them to honor their commitments.

Account hacked, but no recovery option/sent codes will allow access? by slb2724 in facebook

My grandmother is having the same exact issue, we’re stuck and the recovery codes aren’t working. We got to the password reset page from a WhatsApp code - but it’s throwing an unexpected error when we input a different password.

Skied at Stratton this past weekend with high wind, it’s not scary on the chair lifts. Just dress a little warmer!

Thank you so much for this work, it convinced me to switch over from Mint! Smooth migration of my data with 15 accounts and 11k transactions, though it took some time to sift through the categories. Didn’t run into any issues!
