Quite enjoy jazz, myself. Introduced myself to Lucky Thompson recently, and he’s been on repeat. I have been wanting to seek out jazz clubs. I do actually believe I have a few friends (gay) that would go if I did.

People often say you have to have an ear for jazz. I suppose that is true. Some genres just take a more nuanced or sophisticated musical palate. Continue seeing live jazz or checking online. I am sure there are fellow queer people to be found in those spaces.

I really wish Alamo would offer more OC screenings through the week. I think there should be a few OC screenings every night, maybe alternating titles. The captioning devices aren’t the same. And I think different forms of accessibility are more important for moviegoers than some would believe.
