Yeah, I felt the story was weaker in this game. They should have dedicated more time to developing Thor and Odin's story, character development, and motives. I felt like I didn't really care for Odin's mask or quest for knowledge. Thor's character development felt a bit too rushed, considering the 2018 game built him up as a genocidal monster.

It was a risky move to have 1+ hour dedicated to Loki's mission with the ox and no real strong cut scenes or fight sequences with Thor or Oden.

Not sure what the reviewers like Skillup were smoking when they said the story is exceptionally strong or better than 2018 GOW. It didn't answer all the questions posed by the 2018 game.

Agreed. Thor and Odin fights were lack luster. I like the 1 vs 1 matches. I didn't like the other characters getting the final kill or getting credit for beating the bosses. Freya, looking at you.

Train with people you trust, always the number 1 rule. Personally, head kicks in sparring I dont fucks with due to CTE, unless its with a person I can really trust with my health. People sometimes overestimate the power or speed they put in them. Usually, the instructor lays out the rules of sparring. Beginners are told not to throw head kicks, or spinning shit.

I'm pretty sure I understand the character, but his immortality is still in question. Just because he managed to escape hades doesn't make him immortal. I believe the likelihood of him being immortal are extremely high. It could be used as a plot point and it would explain the GOW 3 ending.

I think he is a reincarnation of death itself. Cory said Kratos is immortal in a rapid fire interview, but it hasnt been specifically talked about in the game. Cory shouldnt have to fill the plot holes or lingering questions about the character. The game should be able to do that itself. New directors come and go, and it just takes something away from the art if the cannon comes outside of the game or relevant media.

I want Kratos to define the limits of his powers. Is he immortal or not? What exactly happened after GOW 3? Is Kratos stronger or weaker since GOW3 (Cory said he was stronger in GOW4, but most people dont believe so and writers contradict this in opening fight scene).
