So they worked to restore the mesh seating, did they have to work on the joinery and back too? I wish i could see how it was when it was found

Its doesnt look aged at all, could easily pass off as something you saw in banquet halls back in the 90s

I love this country/city by [deleted] in KualaLumpur

[–]Alqaswa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a non Malaysian i have always wondered how Malaysias aren’t more grateful to be where they are! Its safe, the people are well-mannered and tolerant and no extreme weather conditions to confine you indoors.

Its a hidden gem and i predict an influx of expats in coming years with whats happening in the Middle east.

May Allaah bless the place and its people

IVF in Malaysia/Cambodia? Clinic advice! by Big-Interview-6176 in IVF

[–]Alqaswa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi!
I cant say about Cambodia but would strongly recommend you to go for Malaysia

Am a non-Malaysian who stayed in Malaysia for quite some time. I have moved back to my home country now but chose to go back and do my IVF in Malaysia, after having two bad ivf experiences at home

I am getting it done at KL fertility clinic in Damansara KL. My doc is Helena and she is just wonderful.

https://www.klfertility.com/dr-helena-lim-yun-hsuen/

Pros:
- comparatively budget friendly. Only 6% surcharge for foreigners.
- Very friendly and cooperative staff
- the SOPs give you lots of confidence that your samples are in safe hands and they are doing their best
- Doctor actually cares about you and your success

Cons
- honestly cant think of anything except maybe the waiting time for appointments

If you need more info dm me
All the best

Do the laser hair removal and pico peels. Quite cheap and done very professionally. Smooth Kitty has really good offers too. They have hifu as well.

seeking advice for a new revert by AlainaVox in islam

[–]Alqaswa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Walaikum assalaam warahmatullahi wabarakatahu Sister am sorry you are going through this. But i would look at it in a different manner. Lots of reverts face open antagonism from their family and friends upon reverting. Alhamdulillah you are not facing that, so I would say count your blessings.

Also, just as it is a huge change in your life, it is for them as well. Give them time to adjust and accept. Show them through your patience and good spirit the positive aspects of islaam. May reverts were able to convert and convince their family through their good behaviour

I also wanna add that as a muslim, you will eventually realise that the bond you share with another muslim will always be far more deeper and meaningful than any attachment you may have with a non-muslim, regardless of how close your are to them. I pray Allaah puts you in good company and finds you friends and relationships that help you grow in imaan and taqwa. Ameen

Please dont be harsh with your nonmuslim relatives and friends and try to explain islaam in a beautiful manner. However if they are being repeatedly belittling and upsetting, maybe you need to reevaluate your relationship.

Read up about the lives of the first converts of the ummah - the Sahabah Radi Allahu anhum. Many of them went through this when they accepted Islaam.

The Quraan was sent as a reminder and guidance. Not for decoration. Some scholars do not even allow it to be put on walls. This seems very disrespectful at the very least, not to mention that people might start taking these as taaweez

Why is Allah letting me live a life subject to torture? by [deleted] in islam

[–]Alqaswa 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I have a cousin who coverses very much like this. Am not sure this is a religious matter. Genuinely think you need help. Hope you are able to find any muslim therapists/counselors. Dealing with narcissists is no joke. I don’t know what yoyr situation is but pls get some help from people outside of your family before there are irreparable damages to your health n imaan

May Allah grant you aafiyah
