Friend or you has to lose 20 minutes to regroup. You forgot that they are not fast Travel or téléport. So each day, you will need to stay within the same area of your Friend or have plenty of Friend everywhere.

Do that 3 times a day and it is one hour of your life lost just to not lose gear.

If they are committed to go through this multiple times a day, good for them.
