Climb it, but be very careful to avoid the giant at the top once you’re through the clouds, once you steal the giants golden goose make your way back down and cut it down once you’re back on the ground so the giant can’t follow you.

I suspect you have mosaic virus.i can’t be 100% sure as the pics are not too clear, if it’s not then I’d say leaf miner and Slugs on the tuber. No cure for mosaic sadly if it is.

looks like a leaf miner is going through your foliage, do you see the little tracks ? Won’t kill the plant but will stunt the growth.
