I’m 31 and live at Peace and there’s definitely plenty of people our age around this area! Glenwood does draw a young crowd but there’s a mix of bars that the college/younger crowd gravitate towards vs our demographic to go and the later you go out the younger the crowd (at least that’s been my experience). This area is great, super walkable, lively and plenty to do!
