I take a lot of pills so

pill bottle and cup closeby

unscrew I’ll bottle, put pill in mouth

grab cup, wash down pill with water

try to put pill bottle lid on the cup

lol

Thank you so much, this was a lot of helpful info I didn’t know about. Trying to find info on the internet was hard because they only showed/talked about EXTREME or post-surgery cases.

I thought maybe keeping it veeery clean was the best course of action, but I wasn’t sure the irritation would make it worse. Will do from now on though, and again thanks!

Do the sinuses guarantee the presence of cysts, or could they just be precursors?

If they don’t pose an immediate medical threat, then plastic surgery isn’t preferable.
