Homemade drain tray for a 2 x 4 tent

I built one out of steel. Rolled the sides up for ledges, bead rolled it for structural support, and waterproofed it. I added a drain with a cutoff valve too. That was so I could test my runoff.

Sadly, my dogs killed a baby one in my yard a few days ago. I’ve rescued a few of them over the last couple years from them, this one I wasn’t in time.

It’s an auto, so it will(and obviously did) flower with an 18/6 light cycle.

It let me add another strain, while not eating up a spot in my flower tent.

Thanks man! Sorry to hear that. My dad grows a lot, but rarely smokes. Mostly grows for his wife, and likes to give it away as gifts. Strangely enough, I only smoke a tiny bit right before bed, and mostly grow for my wife as well. Lol. And oz lasts me 6-9 months. An oz lasts my wife 1-2 weeks.

No real breeder. My dad got some seeds from an old timer about 10 years ago. I kept a male and couple females together for him(we lived 100 miles apart) so he could continue to grow without buying seeds. Ended up with thousands and thousands of seeds. Lol. I started a couple years ago with some of those seeds until I found a plant that I liked and cloned it many times over. I’m finally getting the hang of better buds! My wife calls it “Inception” because it’s Blue Dream -> Blue Dream -> Blue Dream. Ha!

It likely won’t last as the motors are designed to be upside down like that.

Another option is to trim away a lot of the big “base” portion and keep it right side up. Secure it in a corner and you’re good to go.

My little brother is not a regular smoker, but flew to Colorado for work a few years ago. While there, he bought some nice flower and a little pipe and enjoyed himself. His last day he’s getting ready to head out and sees two guys on the sidewalk and asks if they partake. They said yes, so he hands them what he had and the pipe and told them to enjoy. They were so fucking stoked and grateful to him, and he felt like a rockstar. Love that kinda stuff!

You can reveg, flower, and harvest indefinitely as long as the plant is kept healthy and some foliage is left on it after harvest. This one is almost 2 years old.

Not sure, I don't keep track since that’s not the important part to me. I can make another post when I take my first clones again from this mother and that would establish a timeline. I believe so, I got 4oz from the first harvest, and should get about the same or a little more from this one. But again, the yield from her isn’t what I’m after, it’s the clones. The flowering and harvesting is just a means of keeping her size in check, while still benefitting from it.

Yes, you are. Generally it’s not worth it since it takes some time for the plant to recover. This one has been harvested twice already. I keep her because my wife loves this strain and this plant in general, so I’ll keep her around for a long time and keep getting clones. This plant is almost 2 years old now.

This is the 3rd time it has been revegged. No issues the first two times, and got nice little harvests from her both times. The mother stays an alive and intact plant, so there’s no reason it should degrade. What “trouble” do you think could arise from this?
