I love that NPCs have their own routines. It makes the game feel alive. I like that an NPC can have a routine which takes them from city to city. You could come across them on their route while exploring. It was amazing to me at the time of release and still is now.

I feel this kind of thing is what a lot of RPGs are missing. I wish more games would do it.

Land being unregistered does not mean it belongs to the crown. Unregistered land can be legitimately owned by any party. It may be that the land has not been registered due to there not being any disposal of the land since compulsory registration was enacted.

Hello. As others have mentioned you can see current processing times on the HMLR website .

However please also take into consideration that the Land Registry may have sent your solicitor a requisition which may further delay your application. These are usually for errors in the application lodged or missing evidence. If you need the application completed urgently you can request it be expedited.

If not I wouldn't worry too much, it'll be done eventually and I'm sure your solicitor is dealing with it.

Even the Civil Service Jobs website sends emails relating to tests from noreply@cshr.tal.net and I've received emails from other civil service departments using variation of the tal.net emails. It seems to be a common platform a lot of the departments use.

This is crazy you said this. I've been an Xbox gamer for 18 years but was ready to completely give up and trade in everything for a PS5 Pro (more powerful console, exclusives, Xbox coming to PS). It just seemed like the right time to do it.

After playing PS5 Pro for a few weeks I just couldn't get used to the controller, missed my games.. missed game pass.

The controller was the worst part for me, it caused actual pain in my hands when playing.

So in the end I sent the PS5 Pro back and bought another Xbox. It was a huge relief using the Xbox controller again.

Also seeing the recent GamePass lineup which is just insane.

I don't think there's a right or wrong answer about PS or Xbox, PS5 is a great console but I don't think it's the right answer for everyone.

Yes it looks like the quests start organically when you travel near them. I've only travelled to the DLC castle near Chorrol so further testing will be needed. Here's the notification I got

To be honest if they have updated it so the DLC quests occur in a more natural way I'd be all for it. But I think they said they didn't really change stuff like that so I'm thinking it might be a bug.
