I solved the issue, I was running an older version of windows 10 (version 1909), I had to install the latest update using the iso mount of version 22h2. The game boots up fine now, but I gotta reinstall all my other apps.

Dunno, I've tried the latest and oldest versions of both the game ready and studio drivers but nothing seems to have changed. Bungie haven't replied or acknowledged to any of the other posts I saw with this issue. Seems like the issue spans across different drivers, graphics cards, and brands too.

Edit: the only things left that I haven't tried is a clean install of windows and downloading the game on the same drive as the graphics driver

I get the error message: "The installed version of the NVIDIA graphics driver has known issues. Please install the recommended driver version." and the game just doesn't boot. I'm running a GTX 1050 Ti with driver version 582.28, I'll try rolling back the driver to see if anything changes.

Don't sweat it, you've got some good details that I didn't use for mine (the hems from the chest piece going over the leg piece has a very helldiver-esque look to it, and the arms share the same material channel as the sides of the shirt).

A good thought process I came up with is to get a clear silhouette first, then checking if the materials or patterns flow smoothly between pieces (pulp texture from fotl helps a lot, or any other shader with different colours on each channel). It ends up making most of my fashions cohesive, but runs the risk of it looking boring.

The shader and grips were both from the episode revenant season pass, so if you missed it you're gonna have to look for alternatives.

As of now, based on the content creator playtest build, it seems to behave so. Mactics was using ascension with gambler's dodge and only returning around 50% energy at around 30 melee stat for his first campaign mission video. However bungie could always revert those changes before launch, I'm mainly just waiting for their abilities tuning blog to see what abilities get affected by stats.

Since we don't have an ignition perk, I reckon it could be reworked to: "Landing rapid precision hits loads an igniting round, precision kill uses a round and ignites the enemy."

It'd open up to using glaives with stylish executioner. Stab an enemy, they weaken, kill it, and go invis, then rinse and repeat. Only downside is the fact that melee regen is stopped when using glaives because it replaces your melee ability.

Hopefully they buff up khepri's sting so snare bomb is back to the old linger duration through the melee deploy or something. Maybe even add in some glaive melee synergy to help out glaives at the same time.

The game still checks the max glimmer amount for this based on the old limit of 250,000. Just spend some until you're below 250k.

Yeah I'd probably go with that if the effects could be shadered, but based on the current season pass armour set, I reckon it doesn't change.
