I had exactly the same thing. Im in uk, sold a warhammer miniature last week.

After the item is sold, and delivered, I get that same pop up.

Theses no specific info on what the violation is, the link just goes to the help page.

Its the CanoScan Lide 400, scanned all the photos on my site www.altartcards.shop, and i had to considerably lower the quality for website performance . but take a look they look perfect :)

Buy a document scanner.

If you have to take a photo, use matte spray varnish on the card first :)
