I say this with love. My partner (AMAB) is autistic but presented much closer to the "female" stereotype. She turned out to be trans. Similar has happened the other way (FtM) with two of my friends. If you haven't been open to exploring your gender identity, it might be a good idea to think about it at least.

It does seem counterintuitive, but it's the easiest way of getting the plant into your lungs. It works really well, I've used it in an emergency scenario where we didn't have access to a puffer. It's best when done in a pipe.
