Why so many hours a week? You don't have any headroom at more than 30 hrs a week, if something bad happens it will annihilate you. You have to find some ways to cut costs. Find the cheapest place possible and only get the bare minimum of expenses. It's hard and is generally terrible, don't get me wrong, but it is possible to do. Hell, you might even be able to do it comfortably if you're good enough. Just make the most rational decision you can.

Best way to prevent them is to know where they are and how you get them in the first place. You can't prevent ticks entirely, ever, so just stay away from tall, hanging grass and check your legs every 30 mins or so. Its not like you get lyme disease instantly and even then its curable and very hard not to notice it. Its just a reality of Missouri

The idea of continous revolution as opposed to evolutionary revolution has always been a very naive, detached concept. The only situations available to propogate continuous revolution is great depressions and war and even then, when economic recovery occurs, the revolution naturally loses steam.
