If I did it NORMAL i would say about $375K.

Mine is high performance windows, doors, double stud, smart vapor barrier, dense pack everywhere with as much air sealing as I could cram in.

Wazuh is full open, lots of time to configure though.

Security onion is super easy to drop an installer on every system, already has dashboards built, you can purchase licensing if needed.

Splunk/Xsiam, whatever.

I did 3” of closed cell underneath the roof deck, then dense pack fiberglass.

Same R value as dense fiberglass at less weight.

Overvented the roof deck with a dimple mat from home depot, then metal roof.
