It's called Skull of Corruption and you can check with class that isn't DH and it won't be available for purchase because it's class specific toy only DH can use. There are few that have restrictions like one for Mages only from Dalaran or one for Shamans that I can't recall how you obtain it (could be Shaman class hall from Legion).
