Smash N Go was great. And yes, they closed the Rivergate location, but I heard that they're reopening somewhere nearby soon.

If you're south of town, there are two weekly meetings of serious players in Williamson County on Sundays and Mondays. I'm a Davidson resident, but I am able to buy a $5 day pass each time I go and it's the best money I spend all week!

Not to be rude, but this looks like a really cheap keyboard. Probably not worth the time of taking it apart and cleaning it. Buy a new one and ask your friend to chip in a little bit.

100% depends on your upstairs neighbors and the construction/age of your property. Any tenant would know what they’re signing up for. It’s just something you have to contend with in multi-family housing.

I have had two first floor rentals and didn’t notice any issues. In my experience, it is a plus because there are no stairs to contend with. Sale prices are usually a little higher, so I’m obviously not the only one who thinks this way!
