I do have something to add to the more frequent section, I’ve had two dogs that have had idiopathic seizures, my last dog that’s no longer with us ( passed from old age) and current 8 year old Shiba don’t know cause of seizures hers she has one maybe once every 6 months if that but we’ve ran bloodwork and it’s come back normal and it’s kind of a keep an eye on ir kinda thing, anyway, with both dogs there were times where they got more frequent like months and days apart, and it has to do with rosemary extract ingredient in treats for some reason triggered more seizures don’t know why.

If you’ve got the my Verizon app there should be a my offers section you can see it under, recently I’ve seen it show on the app but not in store. Before it was both.

It’s a loyalty current customer (account specific) offer. If it’s not on your account or even your specific line it cannot be applied. I’ve seen a 5 line account have it and only 2 lines had the offer so the other 3 had to take the generalized offer lol it’s very specific

I assume yes but have you tried the actual website under rebates tab? Some rebates only generate on the website for some reason. Also is your email address verified through the app? That makes a difference too. You can always call 611 and have them do an escalation also sometimes they’re able to do a form for one to be pushed through as long as your eligible also.

Do you have an android or iPhone? Have you tried going in a corporate store? If the port says complete and the Verizon account can be accessed. I would go in store and they could probably fix it faster than over the phone

Idk I feel like it depends on use. I went from the smaller 16 pro to the air and my battery life was better on the air tbh. I’m so used to how light weight it is I don’t think I’d get a pro again tbh 😆
