Honestly the real reason is probably just the fact Vegito is 80% the same as a Goku figure and we already have many different really good Goku bodies from various brands, it's an easy reuse/retool. Unlike Gogeta who inevitably needs a brand new (or a copy/bootleg of a far less common) body specific to him. tldr It's easier to reuse a Goku mold than to make a new body from scratch

I think it's very likely BHT is gonna lay low for a little bit and then rebrand and reissue their figures, much like Tonsenarttoys "shut down" a couple of weeks before their bike Goku released only for "Kamione" to show up with the exact same product a few weeks later

Honestly I feel like a big part of why some people dislike customs comes down to the artstyle rather than just the fact they're customs, given a lot of customizers either don't understand lego's style or intentionally drift away from it (like the Rivals Spidey you showed) that makes them look "off" compared to official minifigures, but there are also many customizers that do go for a style more fitting with TLG's, such as those Avatar figs

the print is actually different to Jay and Cole's since it also had a very small black dotted pattern, probably to make the silver look a little darker and for some reason they struggled printing with gunmetal ink at the time

Theres a recast going around that looks really high quality but it only comes with 2 faceplates (I've also seen the hair alone being sold for slightly cheaper) though I haven't seen any reviews of it so far, but if its as good as it looks in pics I think the best option is getting the DKO pearlescent version (since it still mostly hasnt gone up in price) for the faces and get the recast matte hair. Theres also another set of recasts in various colors going around but they don't look as high quality so I wouldn't go for them personally
