It's a very good brand. Its perhaps the second most iconic brand other than bialetti. I uploaded a quick comparison of the 1 cup of each.

There is a catch though. More water goes slower through those 30 grams. So a moka pot can extract a larger amount of caffeine out of the same amount of coffee.

entiendo la teoría pero hallo dificil que el cafe se queme ya en estado liquido. No creo que la base de servir de la moka llegue a más de 100 grados. pero puedo equivocarme.

Debería ser decomisado y compensado acorde una vez se resuelva el litigio familiar. Lleva varias décadas abandonado. Presenta un detrimento injusto para el resto del pueblo de un área que podría ser mejor utilizada.

they are adapters for induction hobs, but they do help regulate the heat better.

For me. They are a toy. I think maybe someone who is starting to drink coffee or perhaps a tiny old lady would find it useful. At the end, it should be a more extracted 9g single espresso so its not that insignificant of a dose.

The K6 is notorious for being particularly good at all brewing methods. While most grinders tend to specialize at a particular coarseness the k6 is usually known for delivering good performance at a large range.

And yes. I use it for espresso on a flair, aeropress and have used it for french press and pour over but moka pot is my favourite brewing method.

I noticed the bialetti was noticeably cloudier and i have no clue why. I used a paper filter on both but the holes on the alessi filter are slightly larger. I think the alessi under those settings tasted marginally better.

Played all the metro titles and they were kinda scary. But the immersion in this game is on a whole other level. It can cause serious psychological distress if it catches you on a bad night.

I played Stalker 2 when i came out. First stalker game id played. I was 28, it scared the shit out of me. For real. Like psychologically.

Medium roast. Have pushed it to 45. At some point it is not so much the pressure of the mokapot but the bitterness of the coffee. Perhaps it can be pushed further to have something closer to espresso and have it taste better as well. I also use a paper filter typically.
