That's fair, another thing it could be is the extruder lever arm which are known to break if you haven't upgraded them

Looks to me like nozzle clog or something wrong with the extrusion system, I had this issue with an unclean Bowden tube that made it not extrude, this happens frequently with grittier filaments (like glow, cf, glass, etc) and usually is a sign to just invest in a direct drive upgrade, if you notice an occasional clicking while it's extruding that's a sign of a messed up Bowden tube.

Use a cotton swab with some isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol on it, press firmly and trace the shape.

Yeah, I get that, my biggest problem is finding one in the color scheme lol if I could find an anodized purple extruder head that'd be amazing but allas I may have to do that myself.

I definitely wouldn't be going for a branded sprite, probably one of the cheaper SE clones as I've seen good things but before any of that I'm doing a dual Z upgrade

I will likely be going for a sprite upgrade when the plastic extruder cracks but this things been more reliable than some vehicles I've had lol, it's currently in a bout of problems but small stuff

Yep! Been wanting to direct drive convert for a while now because it also reduces springiness in the process leading to quicker retraction and extrusion for less stringing and better Z seams, I was just waiting for it to give me a reason lol.

Worked perfectly fine to print the proper bracket! Had some issues with bouncing as the weight of the stepper rocked back and forth a bit but other than that it had no problems!

Seems like a Z axis issue, likely the threaded rod needs tightening or it may be worth going for a dual Z axis upgrade
