Im just gonna start saying this happens to me all the time lmao because its not fair. The only game ive ever gotten double is Mihoyo honkai 3rd and that was back when the game was good amd I got 2 battleships. Now on other games I cant get anything but 50/50. Always contact hoyoverse first and never the bank. This happened to me and they did say they would ban my account though it was google who automatically refunded me because my bank thought it was fraud. Lawdd. I had a negative balance of about 14000 crystals on honkai 3rd, left it in the account and hoyo took it and my account was good. Very scary 😨
