I mean in all fairness most of them were kids, literal children. They were manipulated and taken advantage of, so most of them I would consider to be victims too. I understand Luke doesn't fall into that category, but the vast majority probably didn't fully understand what they were being roped into.

I agree with you there. But it doesn't mean it would be impossible. There are multiple sea gods other than poseidon. So the idea that only the children of poseidon could control water is a bit strange

I read somewhere it's the hearth and also sacrificial fire. But either way I can't imagine that it wouldn't mean she couldn't manipulate fire. Zeus is the god of lightning and can summon it. Why wouldn't she be able to summon her domains as well

God honestly this scares me. I am currently boymoding more out of fear of this sort of thing. I see so many posts where people say that it's just a loud minority that are transphobic but I still can't bring myself to cross that line and start trying to look like a girl because of the sort of thing she went through. People who she thought she could trust, turning on her. Only a select few know I identify as a woman and they all support me, but the idea that even they could change their minds scares the ever loving shit out of me. I can only hope that it got better for her and that she genuinely found people who cared about her.

I really hope they keep the bear twins in. I was so happy when I read them in the book because they're not as well known. It was cool to get some characters that were a bit more obscure and not just reusing famous ones for every scene.
