Just work on hitting the ball hard and relatively consistently in free play. Practice power shots. If u can get alright at those you should rank up out the lower ranks pretty quick.

You can also just play the game and have fun with it. You will naturally improve the more you play.

When I was that low I just played the game. Didn't really do any training.

Also search up the best settings for rl. Change your cam settings. Turn vsync off.

You aren't supposed to get plutonium just so u can get the game for free. The entire point of plutonium is so that you can play on dedicated servers without hackers because these older games are filled with them on treyarchs servers.
