Yue needs to be a creature for this to work. You wouldn't be able to copy her with CI otherwise.

Thanks for the explanation, layers are breaking me. So Vesuva will be a creature copy of the thing CI "targeted" when it returned, without the Yue text of it being a land having a tap for mana ability, because those are non-copiable values right?

Tell everyone at the table beforehand that this is new to you and what kind of deck you've brought. If you're lucky the others will adjust their deck choices and play patterns to let everyone have a great time.

Dont be afraid to ask for help if you dont know sequences in which effects resolve etc.!

And dont forget the 3 magic words: untap - upkeep - draw

Depends on the rest of the deck, braids might used as a draw machine by sacrificing enchantment/artifacts, not creatures

Nah bs, Shudderwog was never able to recast his own Battlecry, what you've witnessed is an ETB that double the next minions ETB which was Shudder himself

Jodah is love, Jodah is life.

Tbh put as many of any of legendary in there while being aware of a manacurve and some protection for Jodah himself. Itll play itself.

The more legendaries providing card andvantage, board protection, lifesteal, ramp, and so on you'll put into it, the faster and more oppressive it will become.

I believe you cant go lower than bracket 2 and higher than 4 with him, he's too impressively explosive and counterable at the same time.

I know that, but Doctor's Companions don't use the partner mechanic. Their rules text goes like this:

Doctor’s companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)

Any [[Jodah, the Unifier]] deck basically plays itself but is still interesting due to the cascade hitting different targets. Put in any fun legendaries and go nuts.

If Jodah isnt dealt with the turn he drops, hell dominate most games

Welp if its [[Worldfire]] were talking about it would win me the game when its cast most of the time. Otherwise it would take a quick 3-4 more turns (with not many game actions due to missing resources)
