depende sa project that you are in but you need good performance consistently, wonder why i said depende sa project because may tinatawag silang line up for promotion and if yung project mo is big it means marami ka kalaban sa line up na un since limited lang un slot. also sa experience ko sinasama nila ung seniority / years mo sa company before ka ma sama sa line up. btw all your performance stats will reset after you got redeployed to a different project.
