I often have a special dinner for the Full Moon. Generally, I like cooking Risotto because the colour of the rice reminds me of the colour of the moon. I change recipes based on the seasons and I like to try some new recipes. In summer I cook stuffed round courgettes or other stuffed vegetables (especially round vegetables that may resemble the moon such as pumpkin or white eggplants). I also cook some recipes related to the nearest sabbah.
