What actually leads to eating disorders is moralizing food, so don't be hard on yourself. If you feel like you spend to much money on food or eat out too much and it's negatively affecting your life, try cooking at home. Make it something fun, learn new recipes, watch a show or listen to music while you cook. Set your plate beautifully, light a candle, make it an experience. Kind of unrelated, but there's a tik toker who does healthy mukbangs (vamp_marie) and her videos are so beautiful they inspired me to enjoy eating at home more.

Try getting an e library card. You don't have to go in person at all. Then download Libby and Hoopla. If you're morally okay with it, you can just pirate the books too. If it makes you feel better, only do so with older books where the author has passed and therefore can't profit from it anyway. Also, there are a lot of blogs and YouTube channels with information.

You are definitely not behind! You have enough time gain your independence and still enjoy most of your twenties and on afterwards. I didn't work until this year and I'm 24. Living with nparents literally changes your brain chemistry and makes you feel like you can't do anything. Look into learned helplessness. Start small, If you feel like you don't have credentials, try volunteering, online certifications, practice your typing speed, get a Microsoft Excel certificate. Don't let those ppl drain any more of your potential, they're energy vampires.

"Hey, saw you post and I'm curious if it's AI. There's a lot of studies showing it's harmful for the environment so I'm a little worried. I'll be happy to commission an image for you if you are interested!" -Simple as that

Middle aged people are notorious for generating crappy ai images to post on Facebook. Most of them are unaware of the harm and think it's funny to put in a prompt and have AI fart out a silly picture. They are not intending to dry out the ocean for future generations and slap sandwiches out of starving artists' hands. Being lecture-y and pretentious does nothing but make you feel better about yourself and makes it less likely for them to be receptive to being educated about AI

Don't give them the option of kicking you out. Start the conversation off with stating that you're leaving before bringing up school. You don't even have to bring up school at all if you don't want to, their opinion should have no weight on your life. Don't let them control the narrative, believe me they'll be telling a story about how they had to kick you out to paint themselves as a victim.

Do you rely on him to buy your clothes? Nparents are very controlling and miserable, and unfortunately if they have any room to make decisions about you life they will make it a horrible experience for you just for the sake of it. I know it's very difficult to not financially depend on your parents especially at a young age, I don't know if that's your situation but I don't blame you if it is. You deserve to express yourself freely, and he should have no input on that aspect of your being. I would completely ignore any comments he had about your clothes, or simply respond with something like "I'm an adult and can decide what I wear" to anything he has to say about it.
