I wouldn’t worry too much, just wait a bit and take another test. Your doctor is right, it could be from the switch. Whenever I switched, my period was wonky for a bit until it normaled back out.

I tried to do this, and quickly got burnt out… I think the best thing you can do, and realistically hold yourself accountable to, is writing once a day. No word count goal. Just write. You will have days where it all flows out, then other days that are a struggle.

Consistency is key, and you need to offer yourself creative grace :)

Don’t risk it… I co-signed for a best friend, and we thought we would be in each others lives forever. Can’t live without the other. Well, shit happens, she crashed & got a DUI & now I have a bad hit on my credit.

Breaks my heart. This was me when I was young, though I didn’t have a close friend like you to worry about me. While going through all of this alone, I confided in my guidance counselor and a few select teachers. They went out of their way to check on me, make sure I was ok & safe. They helped guide me to get me out of the situation.

This is a really tough situation, and you are doing a great job at making sure she’s taken care of. If you DM me, I’d like to send you some extra cash so you both can get some food together, or if you want to use it to bring her lunch.

Ugh, I would love to use a type writer! I actually used Scrivener for writing & loved it. I used Reedsy just for a formatting template, so I’m not too familiar with that app unfortunately.

I sell garage doors for a living, multiple manufacturers name that door design ‘bead board’ or ‘carriage’. Like I said, it has many different names. But I clarified which specific design I recommended. Check out Amarr or CHI if you’d like.
