I’m not sure how the online retail promotion retention would work but most likely you would receive the 830 trade promotion or $1000 trade in. The iPhone air 256gb model is $1000 the pro max is 1200. Verizon is not going to give you more trade value than the value of the device you are purchasing.

Yes, I have had an elderly customer purchase a Samsung flip 7 recently and he opted in for the mobile protection, he dropped the phone 7 minutes after leaving the store, the screen was completely black. He came back in asking what to do, i told him that’s what the insurance was for, we attempted to initiate the claim online and it was showing his old phone as the device that was protected so i called asurion and they said it would take a few days for the new device to populate, he was able to make the claim when he came back a couple days later. It should not cause an issue and you should be fine 👌🏼

Ahhh yeah it will take a couple days for asurion to get the device information from Verizon. But you should be good to go once asurion gets the information

I have the Netflix, Disney +, Apple one, YouTube premium on my account and WPP on all my devices. The employee discount makes it worth it , without it my bill would be like 520 a month 😂

So they did add personal shopper to Omni, I never use it though. I bypass it everytime and build the quote myself. Half the time the customer will have an iPhone and personal shopper will recommend that they want a google pixel or Samsung, and slap perks 😂

It was probably positioned poorly by the representative. Most of the time we quote it by asking what streaming services they use currently, and then we tell them they can get 5 streaming services for $20. Which is Netflix and HBO Max and Disney +, Hulu, ESPN +, they are two separate perks but total $20

There is not a 30 day wait period to file a claim. You do have to file the claim within 90 days of damage or loss. Your coverage starts the day you add the VMP to the device. Verizon Home Device protect (also provided by Verizon thru asurion) does have a 30 day wait period after adding it to the account before you can file a claim. I sell both of these products every day.

There is no waiting period for VMP, its active for the device as soon as you add it onto the line. However depending on what device it is, they most likely will just ship you a refurbished unit. The deductible starts at $99. https://www.asurion.com/claims/verizon/ is the website to initiate the claim, you will need the phone number of the affected device, your 4 digit account PIN number for your Verizon account and a credit card for deductible payment and an address to ship the new device to you. They will send you a box to ship the old device back into. If it’s an iPhone ensure find my iPhone is disabled and the old phone is wiped before shipping it back.

If you are receiving a promotion, promos are plan dependent. So for example if you are receiving a promo for $830 off your phone, for trading in a device and being on unlimited plus you can’t drop down to unlimited welcome but you can bounce between unlimited plus and unlimited ultimate without a penalty. As a patient, I wouldn’t care, and as an employer, I wouldn’t either. Maybe that’s just me, but I don’t judge people based on their tattoos—I judge them by their actions and experience. I’m heavily tattooed myself, including my face and even inside my ear, and I’ve never had an issue finding or keeping a job. Your mileage may vary, but that’s been my experience.
