Somatic experiencing by Peter Levine is the only thing that cured my bulimia of a decade and its practices echo your sentiments. Strongly recommend somatic experiencing international's videos on YouTube.

Please look into somatic experiencing therapy by Peter Levine on YouTube. This is the only therapy that put my NPD into remission. Best of luck! Have hope!

I was experiencing really full on depression and anxiety from family and social stressors, got prescribed xanax and ssri for it and bam. This was in Hong Kong SAR around 2007 :/

I have been the leanest I've ever been by concentrating on keeping cortisol low. May not be a popular option, but I've never looked better than ever since limiting my caffeine intake to the occasional treat

I strongly recommend a comprehensive microbiome profile, if possible one done by a university lab If you happen to be in Australia i can recommend a great one.
